The purpose and goal of Mr. K's School Tools is to share practical, teacher-tested resources to track student data, monitor special education (IEP / SEND) caseloads, and support social-emotional learning (SEL) and student wellbeing. I have been a School Social Worker and Special Education Coordinator for over a decade, specializing in early elementary / primary education (ages 5–8 / K–2) with experience supporting students across all grade levels.
